Overview
Thousands of Google’s Cloud Platform employees provide G-Suite services and solutions to over 4 million users around the world. The Cloud Platform team sought to have apparel designed for their team to represent their region and role in the company.

In addition to the core Technical Solution Engineering icons and the GCP logo, elements of the Bay Area were included to represent the employees in those headquarters.

Concepts were produced to stay in line with Google’s modern, approachable corporate identity. Clean lines, strong contrast, and ample negative space were used for each unique design. Because hexagons play an integral part in the sub-brand, the shape was utilized in all 5 designs.
Final T-Shirt
For the final design, we combined elements from several designs to include icons and a large logo on the back and minimal, bold front.
